His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council, chaired the Executive Council's Strategic Affairs Council meeting at Emirates Towers in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Second Vice President of the Executive Council, President of Dubai Airports, and other members of the Board.
