Department Responsibilities

Organizing official meetings for His Highness the Vice President of the State, Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai, the Crown Prince of Dubai Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and the First Deputy Ruler of Dubai Deputy Prime Minister Minister of Finance, and members of the ruling family.

Coordinating the attendance of His Highness the Vice President of the State, Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai, the Crown Prince of Dubai Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, the First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister Minister of Finance, and members of the ruling family at various events in the country and ensuring the proper application of protocols and ceremonies.

Establishing protocol rules and overseeing and coordinating with relevant entities in organizing events and activities attended by His Highness the Vice President of the State, Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai, the Crown Prince of Dubai Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and the First Deputy Ruler of Dubai Deputy Prime Minister Minister of Finance, and members of the ruling family.

Organizing tours for official delegations visiting the country and securing all their ceremonial and protocol needs, among others, in coordination with the relevant entities.

Serving as a liaison between by His Highness the Vice President of the State, Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai, the Crown Prince of Dubai Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and the First Deputy Ruler of Dubai Deputy Prime Minister Minister of Finance, and members of the ruling family, on one hand, and the accredited diplomatic and consular corps, on the other hand, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant departments.

Undertaking any tasks and duties assigned to the department by the supreme leadership.
