UAE's Permanent Representative to IRENA swears in before Mohammed bin Rashid

Before Vice President and Prime Minster of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and in the presence of Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ali Aziz Abdullah Al Shafar has sworn in today as Permanent Representative of the UAE to the International Renewable Energy Agency, IRENA, based in Abu Dhabi.
