UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nayan received UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi at Al Bateen Palace in Abu Dhabi. The meeting was attended by Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Crown Prince of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Sheikh Khalifa asked Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to lead the UAE delegation to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Consultative Summit that will be held tomorrow in Riyadh. Sheikh Khalifa expressed hopes that the upcoming summit will achieve the goals of the GCC people for more cooperation in order to enhance the progress of the Council and highlight its role regionally and internationally.
