UAE President Chairs Federal Supreme Council Meeting In Presence of Mohamed bin Rashid and Rulers

UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, chaired a meeting of the UAE Federal Supreme Council, which was held at Al Mushrif Palace this afternoon. In attendance at the meeting were UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai and Supreme Council Member His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; Ruler of Sharjah and Supreme Council Member, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi; Ruler of Ajman and Supreme Council Member, His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi; Ruler of Fujairah and Supreme Council Member, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi; Ruler of Umm Al Quwain and Supreme Council Member, His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla; and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah and Supreme Council Member, His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi. The Federal Supreme Council reviewed the progress of the United Arab Emirates in various fields over the 42 years since its founding. Their Highness members of the Supreme Council exchanged congratulations as they celebrated the 42nd National Day and stressed the role of the occasion in paving the way towards prosperity and progress for the Emirati people. Sheikh Khalifa hosted a luncheon banquet in honor of his guests, which included members of the Supreme Committee, rulers, crown princes, and deputy rulers, in the presence of top state officials.
