UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan chaired a meeting of the UAE Federal Supreme Council at Al Dhiyafa Palace in attendance of UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai and Supreme Council Member His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Sharjah and Supreme Council Member His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ajman and Supreme Council Member His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of Fujairah and Supreme Council Member His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Ruler of Umm Al Quwain and Supreme Council Member His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah and Supreme Council Member His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi.   The Federal Supreme Council reviewed progress of the United Arab Emirates over the 41 years since its establishment. Following the meeting Sheikh Khalifa hosted a luncheon banquet in honor of his guests. Also present were sheikhs, ministers and senior UAE officials.
