Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah HH Dr.Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi received the congratulations of Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum after his safe return and recovery following a treatment trip to Paris.
