Deputy Ruler of Dubai and First Deputy Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, today chaired the Strategic Affairs Council meeting affiliated with the Executive Council that was held at the Council’s headquarters at the Emirates Towers in the presence of the President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group, Second Deputy Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum and the members of the Council.

The Council discussed a number of legislative projects provided by the Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai. He also reviewed the outputs of Innovation labs 2018, held last April under the theme of “The Government for People”. This meeting aimed to accelerate achieving targets of Dubai Plan 2021 and overcome the current challenges. The show tackled the most prominent challenges and the most important recommendations of the eight laboratories; just in order to know the upcoming steps and to ensure the implementation of the recommendations agreed upon while following it up through “Qarar” system.
