UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum inaugurated District One of Mohammed Bin Rashid City Project (MBRC) this morning. District One is located in the heart of Dubai, and is adjacent to Meydan City and four kilometers away from Burj Khalifa. At the beginning of the ceremony held at the project’s site, Sheikh Mohammed unveiled the memorial plaque for the promising development, valued at AED 30 billion. The MRBC spans more than 54 million square feet of freehold land, four million of which are allotted to District One.
