Mohammed bin Rashid Witnesses the DMC and DPC Graduation Ceremony

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the graduation ceremony of Dubai Medical College (DMC) and Dubai Pharmacy College (DPC) today. The ceremony was held at Madinat Jumeirah, in the presence of the Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed honored the distinguished graduates, in addition to the top ten graduates of the 23rd class of DMC and 18th class of DPC. Along with the attendees, Sheikh Mohammed viewed a documentary on the Al Athar initiative launched by the DMC and DPC in 2011. The initiative reflects His Highness’s ideas and opinions; which are manifested in the will, determination, and the confrontation of challenges in pursuit of the first ranking in educational, economic, social, and developmental indicators. Numerous speeches were delivered to mark the occasion, as the students took the medical oath together with the pledge of loyalty to the UAE and its wise leadership. At the end of the ceremony, Sheikh Mohammed took memorial photos with the 135 graduates of the two faculties.
