UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, today witnessed the signing of a strategic partnership between Meraas and Carnival; in the presence of the Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The partnership aims at enhancing Dubai’s position as one of the most prominent maritime tourism hub in the region. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum adopted Dubai Cruise Terminal project in Dubai Harbour as a major center of tourist voyages in Dubai.
