UAE Vice president, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, witnessed the first marriage, of an Emirati couple, at Service 1 centre, through a service package called "Mabrook Ma Dabart", which means 'congratulations on your marriage'.

His Highness blessed the marriage of Omar Sultan AlOlama and Amal Ahmed bin Shabib, who are two members of his team, and congratulated them on being the first couple to be married at Service 1 centre, which reflects the success of the UAE government to achieve its goal of ensuring the happiness of its citizens.

The marriage ceremony was held in the presence of the couple's families, using the service package "Mabrook Ma Dabart", which utilizes smart technology in connecting the center with an official in Dubai courts to complete the marriage contract according to Islamic Sharia and legal procedures.
