UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has visited the exhibition held for the shortlisted artworks to be displayed in the 9th edition of The Sheikha Manal Young Artist Award, at “CITY WALK”.
