Mohammed bin Rashid visits Hamad International Airport in Doha

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai has toured the Hamad International Airport in Doha, which was constructed at a cost of US$15 billion and opened last April. Sheikh Mohammed toured the airport premises, which is stretching over an area of 1,700 hectares, accompanied by Director of the office of the Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Lt. Musbeh Rashid Al Fattan and Director-General of the Department of Protocol and Hospitality in Dubai H.E. Khalifa Saeed Suleiman. H.H. made a tour in the main terminal and its sections and facilities. Sheikh Mohammed also visited the free market and recreational facilities for the passengers. He congratulated his brother the Emir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, for this great accomplishment, deeming it an outstanding landmark, not just for the people of Qatar, but also for the GCC peoples as well
