UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, visited Dubai World Hospitality Championship (DWHC) today. The DWHC is a contest of national and international culinary enthusiasts specializing in national and local cuisines.  His Highness toured the Sheikh Saeed Hall venue of the Championship at the Dubai World Trade Centre, where he was briefed on the various events of the championship, which ended this evening. Diverse segments of UAE society actively participated in the Championship, especially women, who accentuated the UAE’s national heritage through cooking, handicrafts, fashion, old fishing tools, Emirati kitchenware, traditional cosmetics and folklore, among many other skills.
