UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum toured Al Safa Park, Dubai. His Highness – indicative of the leadership of one of the world’s happiest people- interacted with visitors and families, who gathered to shake hands and capture delightful moments with His Highness during his unannounced visit.
