In an unanticipated occurrence, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, and the Ruler of Dubai makes a surprise visit today to the Government of Dubai Media Office, while the office staff were on their monthly meeting.
