His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai unveiled the ratings plaque at the customer service centre of the Dubai International Financial Centre’s Courts, which received a five-star rating. The DIFC courts’ customer service centre is the first non-federal entity to be rated according to the star rating system used for evaluating customer service centres at government entities in the UAE. Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince; Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation‎‏ were also present at the unveiling event.
