His Highness hailed this cultural edifice and was briefed on the components of the new opera building, regarded as an architectural masterpiece for combining originality and modernity through simulating the conventional sailing boats inspiring the link between Dubai and the sea that forms an important part of the history of Dubai and a main component of its cultural heritage, in addition to the unique location at Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai comprising the most splendid street in the world.
