UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum toured the Cityscape Global exhibition at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre today. Sheikh Mohammed expressed satisfaction with the significant growth Cityscape Global 2012 which marks a vigorous and healthy comeback for the real estate sector in Dubai. He also visited the GITEX Shopper 2012, the largest gathering of the region's leading ICT retailers and suppliers at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The gathering occupies an area 35,000 m2. In light of the growing demand for GITEX Shopper, Sheikh Mohammed instructed organizers of the event to arrange for the event to be held twice yearly; a step that will cater to the needs of consumers who wait for GITEX Shopper anxiously each year. Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied in the two tours by Dubai Deputy Ruler HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and a number of Government officials.
