Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum surprised the Arab World by giving five hope makers the title of "the First Hope Maker", assuring that all of them are on the top and deserve the award and what they offer to support humanitarianism makes them all minarets of giving that guide people to the right path. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed presented a financial reward of one million dirhams for each, thus the total value of "Arab Hope Makers” Award reached five million dirhams, being the world's most precious award dedicated to acts of giving.

This event took place on the sidelines of the ceremony held in Dubai Studio City, in presence of Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Deputy Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum to honor the hope makers and crown the first winners across the Arab World who were selected from over 65,000 participants in "The Arab Hope Makers”, the biggest initiative in the Arab World that aims at honoring givers of hope.
