Mohammed Bin Rashid surprises a blind citizen with the first copy of his book Flashes of a Mind in Braille

H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, has pleasantly surprised blind citizen Ahmed Al Ghafli, by presenting him with the first copy of his book Flashes of a Mind in Braille. The young man, Ahmed Al Ghafli contacted the Executive Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum for a copy of the original book. Sheikh Mohammed ordered that the book be translated into Braille and distributed to all centers for the blind in the UAE. Also, Sheikh Mohammed surprised Al Ghafli by receiving him at the Al Marmoom Rest House and giving him the first copy of the book as they dined in the company of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
