UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum will meet tomorrow in Dubai with a multitude of academics, university professors and students, researchers, experts as well as an elite group of thinkers and cultural personalities to mark the 40th anniversary of UAE National Day.
