Mohammed Bin Rashid Reviews Developmental Projects overseen by the Ministry of Public Works

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, accompanied by Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; has reviewed extensive developmental projects overseen by the Ministry of Public Works. The developmental projects span across the UAE with a total cost of four billion AED. During his visit earlier today to the Ministry of Public Works in Dubai, His Highness approved new developmental projects with a total value of approximately two billion AED.  Amongst these newly-approved projects was the Al Amal Psychiatric Hospital in Al Ruwayyah, Dubai, with an approximate cost of AED 600 million. He also approved the Ministry’s package of new infrastructure development projects for 2014- 2016, with an estimated cost of AED two billion.  This package of new infrastructure projects includes the construction of several federal service buildings, and the development of federal highway infrastructure in order to ensure unified and safer transportation networks across all cites and districts in the UAE.
