H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai received Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates at Burj Al Arab Hotel who will be the keynote speaker at the Microsoft Government Leaders Forum (GLF) Arabia 2008 scheduled to start today in Abu Dhabi.
