UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum received yesterday Dr. Zaghloul Al Naggar at Zabeel Palace. Sheikh Mohammed, the founder of Dubai International Holy Quran Award, congratulated Dr. Zaghloul Al Naggar who was recently named the Islamic Personality of the Year. He praised his inputs, studies and researches and their benefit for Islam and Muslims. They also present the great miracles of the Holy Quranic verses and Hadith of the Prophet to non-Muslims. They had an Iftar banquet together in presence of a number of Sheikhs and senior officials.
