Mohammed bin Rashid receives the head of the Palestinian National Initiative
H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai received Mustafa Al Barghouti, the head of the Palestinian National Initiative. Al Barghouti briefed Sheikh Mohammed on the internal situation in Palestine, division suffered by the Palestinians and the violent assaults by the Israeli forces, particularly Gaza strip. Sheikh Mohammed emphasised the importance of Palestinian unity in facing local and international challenges shattering the dream of establishing an independent Palestinian state and live in peace and freedom as the remaining nations of the world. Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and several Ministers and Senior Officials attended the meeting.
