H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai received Jassim Mohammed Al Kharafi, the former Speaker of Kuwait's Parliament, at Zabeel Palace today.   They discussed ways of increasing cooperation between the two countries. Al Kharafi conveyed greetings from H.H. Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber, Emir of Kuwait and praised the UAE's experience with the Federal National Council (FNC) elections held last year, describing it as a step on the right direction.   The meeting was attended by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince, H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler, H.E. Abdul Aziz Abdullah Al Ghurair, FNC Speaker, H.H. Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Culture and Arts Authority Chairman and Her Excellency Reem Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State.
