Mohammed Bin Rashid receives Spain's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation

H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, received Spain's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Miguel Angel Moratinos, who conveyed an official invitation from King of Spain Juan Carlos to visit Madrid. The meeting was attended by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
