Mohammed bin Rashid receives Queen of UK on sidelines of Derby Classic Race
Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, this evening in presence of Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, met with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Queen of the United Kindgom and Head of the Commonwealth, on the sidelines of the English Derby Event, which is held on the classic Epsom Downs Racecourse of England.
His Highness discussed with Her Majesty boosting bridges of collaboration and understanding between the two countires, as well as ways of promoting and developing them. The meeting also tackled the importance of the English Derby Race, which was first held in 1780 and is considered one of the most famous and classic horse race festivals worldwide.
