H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai received Her Excellency Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, President of the Republic of Philippine at Burj Al Arab who is in a special visit to the United Arab Emirates.
