UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum –in the presence of Crown Prince of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Deputy Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum- received the Portuguese Defense Minister Jose Pedro Aguiar-Branco in his private office at the Dubai Airshow 2013. The Portuguese Defense Minister congratulated Sheikh Mohammed on the outstanding success of the Dubai Airshow 2013, which has become an iconic attraction for international civil and military aviation companies, and a stage where technologies specific to this vital sector are put on display. He also praised the superb level of organization of the Show, which he described as “perfect.” On another note, Sheikh Mohammed received the Algerian Deputy Minister of National Defense and Chief of Staff of the People's National Army (ANP) Lt. General Ahmed Qaed Saleh.
