UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received the visiting Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) Dr. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu at Zabeel Palace this afternoon.
