Mohammed bin Rashid receives members of the International Jury of the Zayed International Prize

  H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai received today members of the International Jury of the Zayed International Prize for the Environment, which is chaired by Professor Claus Topfer at his Guest House at Marmoum. Sheikh Mohammed was briefed by the Chairman of the jury on mechanisms for nomination of winners. The award-giving ceremony of the 4th edition will be held next June. As founder and patron of the prize, Sheikh Mohammed has instructed the jury to add new categories on green buildings, better utilisation and management of water resources and sources of energy like solar power and other scientific and research categories contributing to saving local and international environment from pollution.
