Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has received this evening Yang Xiong, Mayor of the Chinese city of Shanghai, who is currently leading a high-level business and economic mission to the UAE.
