UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received today, in the presence of Deputy Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, on the sidelines of the fourth World Government Summit at Jumeirah, the Maltese Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, who is leading a high-level delegation participating in the summit.

His Highness and His Excellency the Maltese Prime Minister attended the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding between the UAE and Malta regarding the exchange of experience in the field of performance indicators, smart applications and cooperation in the governmental administrative development.
