  H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai received in the presence of Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan heads of Departments and UAE diplomatic missions abroad at Za’abeel Palace today, who called on Sheikh Mohammed to offer Ramadan greetings.   Sheikh Mohammed offered Al Maghrib prayers along with him Foreign Minister, Sheikh Abdulla bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the National Olympic Committee, Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Saeed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, H.E. Dr. Anwar Mohammed Gargash, State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Directors of Foreign Ministry Departments and Ambassadors.   Sheikh Mohammed emphasised that the UAE offers its generosity and peaceful message to other nations, building bridges of friendship with all people, especially in poor countries,z through humanitarian initiatives, which focus on health and education as the two basic elements of societal stability.   He assured the attendees of the UAE’s desire to take greater steps in its development and top position internationally, pointing out that the country has attained great success in the areas of administration and financial development, thus turning its Strategic Plan into a reality and within the fixed timeframe. He said “each Minister responsible for implementation of his Minister’s role after giving all the powers that enable freedom of action creativity and productivity” His Highness wondered: What is the use of education and work without positive results that reflects on the nation and citizens?   Sheikh Mohammed added that “the UAE is progressing and that there is no room for failure, emphasising that what has been achieved is minor compared to planned, and we as leaders look forward to placing the UAE among top most advanced nations.  He added that “Almighty Allah has given us all the potentials, including the expertise, knowledge and creativity, which crafted all these modern achievements being famous all over Asia, Europe, America and among all the countries and people of the world.   Sheikh Mohammed prayed to Almighty Allah to enable him and the country’s leadership to follow the path of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum in leading the country to realise the aspirations of its citizens. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed the Foreign Ministry’s pride in serving the country and in contributing to achieving its interests under the wise directives of its leadership.
