Mohammed bin Rashid receives Dubai's Middle East City of the Future award
UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has received “Middle East City of the Future award” Award by Financial Times Publication, FDI Magazine. Dubai retained the title for the third year consecutively as the top destination in the Middle East for investors thanks to its business-friendly environment, infrastructure and high competitiveness. At a ceremony held at Za’abeel Palace today, Director General of the Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) Sami Dhaen Al Qamzi accompanied by Chief Executive Officer of Dubai FDI bureau Fahad Al Gergawi presented Sheikh Mohammed with the award. The ceremony was attended by Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chief Executive of Emirates Group Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum. Sheikh Mohammed hosted a luncheon banquet on this occasion. The banquet was attended by a number of sheikhs, ministers, dignitaries, and heads of government and economic departments.
