  UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received Arab ministers today, whom are participating in the Government Summit held in Jumeirah, Dubai. Sheikh Mohammed and the Arab officials discussed the Government Summit’s role in promoting the exchange of views and expertise among participants, especially among the Arab states that look to the United Arab Emirates as a model for transforming traditional governments to electronic and smart governments. The UAE government’s technological transformation enables a sophisticated and smooth delivery of government services, without the difficulties associated with the bureaucratic procedures currently used by many countries in the region and throughout the Third World. The meeting was attended by the Crown Prince of Dubai H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the Crown Prince of Ajman Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, as well as a number of officials.
