UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received Dr Ahmad Al Tayeb, Grand Sheikh of the Al Azhar University, and Grand Imam of the Al Azhar at the new headquarters of the Dubai International Holy Quran Award (DIHQA) today.
