H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Prime Minister and Vice President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Ruler of Dubai and the accompaning delegation reached Qardabiyah Airport, Sirt City, Libya. He was received by Major General Mustafa Al Kharouby, member of Libyan Revolutionary Command Council and a number of the Libyan Ministers and senior officials. Official and popular welcoming ceremonies were performed along the road towards the Libyan city of  Midan Al Naga where H.H. Sheikh Mohammed met Libyan leader Colonel Muammar Al Gaddafi.
