H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, presided today the first meeting held for the Board of Trustees (BoT) of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives Foundation, the region's largest human development foundation gathering 28 charities and humanitarian organizations, targeting 130 million people, and implementing over 1400 charitable, humanitarian and community programs in 116 countries. The meeting was attended by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Vice Chairman of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation, and H.H. Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, Chairperson of the International Humanitarian City (IHC).

The meeting was also attended by the Secretary-General of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives Foundation and members of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation.
