Mohammed bin Rashid Participates in the Celebrations of New Suez Canal Inauguration Leading a High-level Delegation

H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai and his accompanying delegation arrived at Cairo International Airport, today. Upon his arrival, he boarded a helicopter, heading to Ismailia Governorate, in order to participate in the celebrations of the new Suez Canal Inauguration. In the presence of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed and his accompanying delegation, along with a number of kings, presidents, princes and world leaders, the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi signed the new Suez Canal operation charter, during an international ceremony at the Canal Zone, giving permission to open the new Suez Canal for ship traffic, which was completed in less than one year. Then, H.H. and the accompanying delegation left the ceremony with warm greetings.
