His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai ordered the establishment of the Commercial Common Control and Protection Foundation in Dubai during his inspection tour of the Department of Economic Development (DED) in Dubai.
