UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum opened Ducab-HV Plant in Jebel Ali Industrial Zone today. The opening ceremony was attended by Dubai Deputy Ruler HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority HH Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as well as other dignitaries, heads of various government departments and senior officials.
