Mohammed bin Rashid Officially Inaugurates Ministry of Culture's Headquarters in Umm Al Quwain

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dub, inaugurated yesterday noon the headquarters of the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Community Development in Umm Al Quwain, and held an expanded meeting attended by His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mouallah, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, and a number of sheikhs, cabinet members and managers of local departments in Umm Al Quwain.
