UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, offered his condolences to the relative and the father of the deceased Buti bin Tarish Mubarak Balqoba, after visiting the consolation pavilion in Nad Al Hamar, Dubai.
