UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum offered condolences on the death of Mattar Hilal Bal Arti this evening. HH Sheikh Mohammed visited the mourning tent at Al Marmoum area in Dubai and offered his heartfelt sympathies to the father, brother and relatives of the deceased.
