Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum offered condolences to Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Sabah, Crown Prince of Kuwait, on the death of Kuwait Emir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad passed away at 91.

Sheikh Mohammed expressed his sincere condolences to the Al-Sabah family and the people of Kuwait.
