  Under the patronage of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended a mass wedding ceremony in Abu Dhabi today. The grand ceremony, which saw 100 grooms from across the seven emirates tie the knot, celebrated the wedding of Sheikh Diab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the daughter of Abu Dhabi Ruler’s Representative in the Western Region Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the wedding of Sheikh Zayed bin Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the daughter of National Security Advisor Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Present at the event were Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE President’s Representative Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, crown princes and deputy rulers. The royal wedding ceremony held at Al Mushrif area also saw the attendance of Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and Finance Minister Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Sheikh Mohammed participated in the traditional folk dances presented by the the ‘Iyala’ and ‘Harbiya’ along with Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and Sheikh Tahnoon bin Mohammed Al Nahyan.
